Important Information:
- We recommend that you arrive on-farm at least 5 minutes early to check in and wash your hands.
- Tours are 30 minutes long.
- We encourage you to feed the alpacas out of the sanitized buckets provided.
Tour Cost:
- Pre-payment is now required for 100% of the tour balance
- Adults and Youth - $20/person
- Children (5 and under) - FREE
- Tours must be booked IN ADVANCE
- Tour fee is NOT deductible from in-store purchases
- Missed tours are NOT subject to refunds
What to Expect:
- A guided tour around the farm where you'll meet and be able to feed alpacas grain
- Learn about the origin of Camelids with a specific focus on alpacas
- Investigate alpaca temperament and behaviour
- Hear interesting facts about the shearing process (from fibre to fashion) and the 6-point Alpaca Fleece Grading System
- Learn about alpaca breeding and various cria (baby alpaca) facts
Private tours are available to book Monday - Thursday. These tours have a capacity of 10 and are exclusive to your group, costing $250/30 minutes.
