Frequently Asked Questions:

Q. “Can I bring my dog to the farm?”
No, unfortunately we can't have dogs on the farm. We love all animals; however, dogs are predators for camelids and having them around can easily cause stress to our alpacas.

Q. "Can we feed the alpacas?”
When you book an alpaca walk or Farm tour you have the opportunity to feed our alpacas. When you come to the farm for general admissions unfortunately you cannot feed the alpacas but you are welcome to join our information sessions where you will learn some amazing facts about alpacas and the other animals on our farm.

Q. "I booked a walk/tour but I see that you're not open to the public yet for the time I booked, will that be a problem?"
No problems here! We actually book most walks and tours before/after we are open to the public. Think of it as your own private farm experience!
.
Q. "Can we pet the alpacas?"
Along with feeding the alpacas, when you book an alpaca walk you will have the opportunity to get up close and pet our alpacas. When you come to the farm for a farm tour or general admission, unfortunately you cannot pet the alpacas but you are welcome to join our information sessions where you will learn amazing facts about alpacas and the other animals on our farm.
.
Q. "Do we need to prebook if we want to walk alpacas?"
Yes! In order to walk our alpacas we ask that you book online and fill out our waiver form when you arrive on-farm & before your walk.
