Q. Can I bring my dog to the farm?

No, unfortunately we can't have dogs on the farm. We love all animals; however, dogs are predators for camelids and having them around can easily cause stress to our alpacas.

Q. Can we feed the alpacas?

When you pre-book and attend either a farm tour, alpaca walk, or meet and greet, you will have the opportunity to feed our alpacas. Please note a general admission ticket will not allow you to feed the alpacas.

DO NOT FEED THE ALPACAS ANYTHING BESIDES GRAIN FROM THE DESIGNATED KPF EMPLOYEE ON YOUR TOUR, WALK OR MEET & GREET.

Feeding alpacas anything else, including foliage, can be deadly to them. Please respect our rules and keep the animals safe.

Q. I booked a tour, walk, or meet and greet but I see that it's not during regular farm hours, will that be a problem?

No problems here! We actually book most experiences here before/after we're open to the public. Think of it as your own private farm experience!

Q. Can we pet the alpacas?

When you pre-book and attend either a farm tour, alpaca walk, or meet and greet, you will have the opportunity to pet our alpacas. Please note a general admission ticket will not allow you to pet the alpacas.

Q. Do we need to pre-book farm experiences?

We do not require pre-booking for general admission; however, for other offerings such as farm tours, alpaca walks, and meet and greets, we require visitors to pre-book online through our website.

Q. Do you sell food? Can I bring food for a picnic?

We sell pre-packaged frozen beef, bottled water, and freezies in-store. Coffee and tea are also available by donation to our rescue program and Quechua Benefit. See a boutique associate during your visit for more information.

We encourage visitors to bring packed lunches or snacks and eat at our picnic tables outside. Please note we do not reserve picnic tables - they are first come, first served.

Q. If I come for general admission can I see all the animals?

Yes! With your general admission ticket you can see our alpaca herds, llamas, bunnies, chickens, ducks, pigs, donkeys, and more! You can also join a FREE information session.

Q. Can I buy an alpaca?

Q. Do I have to pay for parking?

Q. What is your shipping policy?

We ship our online orders through Canada Post. Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size & weight of your order. All orders are usually delivered within 1-7 business days, depending on location.

Do I need to pre-book private parties & large group bookings?
