Colouring Contest Rules
Contest Dates:
The Colouring Contest begins 09 May 2022 & closes at 8 pm Pacific Standard Time on 06 June 2022.
Eligibility:
Contest open to students in grade Kindergarten to grade 5 in school district #35.
One (1) entry per person.
How to Enter:
- Download & Print our Colouring Contest Page for 2022
- Entries can be dropped off at the Kensington Prairie Farm up until on 06 June 2022 until 8 pm Pacific Standard Time OR emailed to prairiefarmkensington@gmail.com, OR you can mail your entry to: 1736-248th Street, Langley, BC, V4W2C3
By entering the contest, you agree to let Kensington Prairie Farm Ltd. display your student/child’s artwork in our store and on Facebook and Instagram (their personal information will not be displayed, please do not put any personal information on the front of the colouring page). Be sure to include the name, grade, and the e-mail of the student’s teacher so that winners may be notified.
Winners:
The winning student’s teachers will be contacted upon the final colouring selection. The winners will receive a free class fieldtrip to Kensington Prairie Farm for up to 40 visitors where you will be given an educational tour and be able to feed the alpacas on our farm (no transportation can be provided at this time).
Contest ends 06 June 2022 at 8 pm Pacific Standard Time.
By entering the Contest, all entrants agree to be bound by the rules of the contest and release the Contest Organizers and all parties associated with this Contest from any liability with respect to the contest and the redemption of any Prize.
If for any reason, in the opinion of the Contest Organizers, in its sole discretion, the contest is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond its control, Contest Organizers reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest including any method of entry.
All entries become the property of Kensington Prairie Farm Ltd. and will not be returned. As per the businesses’ privacy policy, Kensington Prairie Farm Ltd. will not sell or redistribute any personal information to any third party.
