• 20 lbs. Lean Ground Beef
• 2, 3.5 lb. (approx) Beef Roast (Sirloin Tip Roast or Rump Roast)
• 2 lbs. (approx) Grilling Steak (Rib or NY)
• 3 lbs. Short Ribs
• 2 lbs. Italian Sausage
